Cicindela terricola kaibabensis is a rare subspecies from Variabable Tiger Beetle, Cicindela terricola. This subspecies has a very restricted range and is only found on the highest grasslands and forest paths of the kaibab plateau where it hunts in the grasslands. I found the numbers very low and despite four hours of intensive searching I only managed to find two specimes.
